But what happens when you work out with your man?

According to new research, there are many benefits:

  • You’ll be “more successful” at exercising
  • You’ll feel more positive during exercise
  • You’ll feel better throughout the day
  • You’ll feel better about your relationship throughout the day

It doesn’t matter how much you exercise on a given day. And absolutely no negative consequences were found.

So, with apologies to Nike… just do it!
