Since I had a son-in-law (now former) that was a big storyteller, I get skeptical when I hear from people that seem out there. My current boyfriend that I met on a trucking group had told the story that he had a heart transplant. He really talked like he had one and after 5 months he was able to go back to driving. Guys on that forum bought it hook line and sinker. However, having some health issues myself and what I had to go through to get my medical card, I was skeptical. So we’ve been intimate, and I asked about his scar. His comment to me was, I told you I don’t scar. Well, I have a friend whose daughter had a double lung transplant and her scar lasted for the 20 years that she lived. I talked with a friend that’s a paramedic and he also works as a truck driver. He just laughed and said no way would a heart transplant person be able to drive a semi. I knew that but it just confirmed that most of his stories are to be taken with a grain of salt. Otherwise, he’s a nice guy
