“Remember ________?”
Shared life experiences create the bonds that form relationships.
Use this prompt to recall a funny, enjoyable, awe-inspiring, or intimate moment the two of you have shared.
Recalling a memory together builds a feeling of intimacy.
For example, “Remember the look on that waiter’s face when you told him we had already ordered? I laugh every time I think about it.”

On our first date from Tinder a senior citizen, sitting at the bar next to me. Would not stop engaging with me. I brought it up. Three months later I was still dating the same person at the time, and I was surprised at his reaction that the guy was smitten with me and he wasn’t talking to him. He was more interested in talking to me, so I think this process does work because he had a memory of it. That made me feel very good.
Fun! I’m glad you put this idea to use! 🙂
Sounds like a great idea but did nothing to my husband from whom I am separated for 10 years but still love. He is very Bipolar. Bummer.
This is actually a very all inclusive type of nostalgic moment to try. The different emotions that potentially tie in s what I found amazing about it. For example. Something as subtle as a hilarious moment can stir not only joy but desire in other ways than just reliving that moment. “Wink-Wink” if you know what I mean. Lol
This was definitely refreshing!
Love it Melissa!
