Hi Heidi
yes that all does make so much sense and although it will be hard to do I will back away and give him his space and peace. I have told him that my door is always open if he wants to catch up as a friend. its funny being honest is one of the very things that he rates most highly about our friendship.

I also need to do more work on my self worth. he even told me having an affair is so much less than what I deserve. I am hoping he will face his situation and can move in a more positive way.
he has offered to be there as help if I need anything and for support?? I am a single mom of 2 children 10 & 1 should I accept or ask for help if I need it or just not contact him. I feel like if I don’t he will forget me
