Hi,

I’m at a loss for words. I lost the one person I wanted to spend my life with because I didn’t communicate what I was feeling, instead I found attention elsewhere with another man and my ex found this man on my phone. He was obviously angry and upset, as he had every right to be. But he broke up with me monday night. It’s been a week since he found the guy on my phone. It’s been 5 days since he left me but we still live together. How can I fix things with him and gain his trust back so that we can start over from the beginning and try again?
