When im upset i don’t communicate, i shut down then get mad because nothing changes , It has taken me abit to work this out about myself and now i realize thats what i do
I self sabotage anything that makes me happy
I always did it to him to instead of communicating i would go silent and shut down and push him away
I now realize its through past trauma of not been heard , and my feelings meaning nothing to anyone
I have also leant that to make the relationship work i need to talk through my past trauma and communicate my feelings rather than shutting down

Yer i did beg but only like text for text , i sent 1 text he answered i replied kinda thing
Yes i am willing to not contact him thats what iv been doing
And yes i know im not 100% to blame it all comes down to lack of communication on both sides

I actually don’t text him that much , andni didn’t allow him in my bed i didn’t know he had arrived, i wasn’t about to kick him out as im not genuinely a nasty person he works nights and was obviously shattered
I didn’t stay and talk 2 him because i didn’t want to feed his ego i have not mentioned anything about getting back together for the last week and more focused on just been friendly
And no i would not give up anything or do everything he wants to get him back i am stronger than that
But i am taking responsibility for my actions and how horrible i was so yes apart of me feels like i had to let him sleep

I do understand what your saying, we both need to work on communicating with echbother better instead of bottling everything up
And for things to be different i just need him to allow us time
He does still answer my texts and calls etc etc
So im asking for help on how to approach it without pushing him away even more

So your saying there is no chance of getting him back ?
Remember i broke up with him , i treated him poorly towards the end of our relationship
Surly the fact that he feels comfortable to stop in and have a nap means theres still something there

Hey so i begged and pleaded for him to forgive over text and and let me show him i am working on my insecurities and how i would react more openly going forward
And he just responded so negatively about me , so i rang him and reminded him how much i actually did and the fun family outtings etc etc
He then said he would pick his mail up and re direct it
The next day i was outside and my dog bought me his shoe so i went looking for him as i didn’t see him arrive, and there he was in my bed half asleep , i said what are you doing and he said sleeping so i just left him for 2 hours , at 2pm i woke him and said iv got to get the kids from school you need to be gone by 3 , he asked for some food so i gave him a frozen meal and left
When i got back he left a note saying thanks for the feed i had another 1 cheers , and he left his mail here
I haven’t contacted him since because i don’t wanna beg anymore and i want him back i love him and not just the idea of him i truly know with better communication we can work out but hes not interested

Thank you for your reply , i was always nagging him about not been there for me , and wasting his money on 2 cars that are always breaking down , i felt like he was spending all his time and money on his cars and nothing was been put into us as a couple
I own a house so have a mortgage my own car and 2 kids to support, i did all the shopping etc etc and the 1 time he did go to do shopping he only got stuff for 1 dinner that he made and i appreciated, as i had been working all day and didn’t get home till late
But the he decided adter dinner to have eggs on toast and i guess i overreacted because i had already meal planned for the week and it was gonna make another job for me as well as working and the kids after school activities when he could have got the supplies when he was at the supermarket
Then after that he acted distance he was leaving early in the morning and then going straight to work and that i guess triggered me as to what my last ex did when i was pregnant so i panicked and kicked him out before he left me
Last year we were long distance and we broke up for 3 months because i was stuck in lockdown and he was going through some family stuff and didn’t want to deal with me as well
Yes we have talked he will answer me if i text him
When we did talk he said what he needed me to change etc etc
But since then he just said i know your trying but this is the 2ed time sorry
