    I wake up in the morning and I cry, hide in the bathroom at work and cry, get in my car after work and cry.

    I’m terrified the more time without us talking the less he’ll miss me. We used to talk EVERY might and now haven’t spoken in 2.5 weeks. I’m drowning.

    Is my best bet to.leave him alone completely MD just keep working on myself and HOPE he misses me and turns around?

    He’s so smart and dedicated to self growth and has supported me.through so.many struggles and is handsome and kind and we have sooooo many things in common. I believe he’s struggling with letting go even though he’s told me.to stay away.

    I can’t bear to.lose him.

    He said I was toxic because he believes my depression.is too hard for him to battle but I work onit in therapy and he’s also said he’s committed to helping me with it. I’m dedicated to my PTSD therapy and working on becoming more connected to myself,as he knows and has supported.

    I think that since he’s quit (legally) smoking Marijuana he’s been more depressed,sleeping less and having stomach problems and he’s blaming a lot of it on me/us.

    His main issue was not feeling connected to me because we didn’t video chat for this year even though we phone chatted and texted all day every single day bit I told him I wanted to.qnd was ready. He said too little too late.

    I should also add.. my responses have been calm and kind,not frantic or overly emotional..
    Like this.. which is what prompted his texts above..
    “I’ve got so much to share with you that I’d thought would help us both & make you happy but I respect your decision.I love you.Be healthy.”
    And..
    “I’m not fighting with you.”
    ^ The last message between us..Sunday,from me,in response to him saying he “can’t do this anymore.”

    Please help me not lose him,please.
