Thank you for the tips for going into this talk. I am not sure yet when we are getting together to talk. Our work schedules are difficult. His days off are Monday and Tuesday and mine rotate and I have 2 jobs so free time is difficult to come by. Also when he is on shift, he is on call so trying to do it while he is on shift would be impossible. Hoping things work out so we can this week sometime.
In the last couple of months, I have learned so much about myself and about giving love and receiving love. Things I really didn’t have a clue about before. I still have lots to learn and want to continue to learn especially if we get back together.
Also from our conversations, he does seem to want to work things out. He has said a few things that make me think that, but still nervous about talking.
Update:
Him and I were texting this evening and he did tell me that he does miss me and has some things he wants to talk about soon but not in text. Have to admit that I am a little afraid of what he is going to say, but I am not going to let it hold me back.
We didn’t put a time on it. He said that he was thinking of seeing other people, but I don’t want to. We did both want to continue yo talk and work towards being together again.
On a good note, he texted me last night. We texted back and forth for about 2 hours. It was good. It felt like he was starting to open up again.
His only response to my message was “You never know ☺️“.
As far as a meeting, I don’t know, but willing to try.
I did send him a message a couple of days ago that said so much for me. I will copy it below. Please let me know what you think.
You showed me a life I never imagined was possible. Filled with love, adventure, fun, laughter, happiness and security. You have always seen the best in me even when I couldn’t see it in myself. I have a tremendous amount of hope that one day we can have a life like that again. Thank you for letting me in your life. I would love to be able to spend the rest of my days with you.

Thank you for the feedback. It is a complicated situation with him right now. He decided the end of September that he wanted to take a break. Not a full break up, but since then, he is pulling away more and more. I believe with all my heart and soul that we are meant for each other. The amount of love between us is undeniable, but I am lost right now. He barely talks to me anymore but if I ask, he says that he does want to work things out. I am so confused.
