    I should add, he has stated that being in control, sexually, is very important to him, so I’m thinking that probably translates over to other areas as well.

    Or message him something completely non-sexual? Most of our messaging is heavily sexual, but when we talk on the phone, we talk about other stuff, as well as sexy stuff. Do I try to get him on the phone??? We message a lot more than we talk on the phone, cos he works from home.
