Hi Kanya thanks for your reply I am getting my bipolar under control. I have a nurse practitioner and social worker! Cheating he say he doesn’t know but there was a txt message from the ex that said sex is the only way so I bet he had suspicions ! I don’t know why my ex said that he says crazy things sometimes but I don’t talk to that ex anymore . I think I understand because I know if it were the other way around I would have felt the same way… betrayed he was really upset really mad and I think sad. I wonder how much time does he need and what do I need to do to gain his trust and respect back so we can move forward!
