Hi Kanya,

Thank you so much, there are a lot of moments where I feel light and free, but are all different, sometimes is when I am alone in the nature, when I am dancing, when I play the piano, when I am with this guy talking about dreams and goals in life, when we are just driving around or watching a movie.. there are a lot of different moments, alone, with him and with family and friends. And I think it has a lot to do with my confidence and mindset, but I have very strong hormonal changes what makes me really emotional and sensitive about stupid things…

and yes, you are right I have been thinking about going to therapy I do know there are a lot of things that I have to work on but my life has been pretty confused and crazy, so just now I am settling down and trying to improve myself. There is a lot of work to do. Thank you also for the book recommendation, I will look for it and I will focus on my goals and dreams, I can’t put my emotional stability or whatever on someone else. It is hard for me, but I know I can do it, I also have anxiety in many aspects of my life and there is a lot going on. But thank you so much.
