hello thank you for your answer,I just saw it now!

Unfortunately, Im still attached to him, I tried to think about anything else, to stay focus on myself,I spend more time with my family and my friend, I have been watching plenty of motivational videos…

After more than a month of non contact period, One of my guy friend advice me to send him a text ( his mother was suffering from a cancer so he ad kind of the same issues).

So 1 month ago I decided to send him a text just to say : “hello I hope everything is good for you”
he didn’t reply but few time after that he started
watching every single story Im posting on social media.I know that is not an action but I found it really weird
I went on holidays(without showing with who I was ), doing sport, posting my new business stuff (not for him) but He might thing that Im doing better right now and maybe over it.

I was talking to the friend we link us up together and he told me that his situation is very bad, what he is going throuth is very sad.

I need help to make my business plan, and at the beginning of our relation he help me do it for one of my project. He told me he really like to do all these kind of stuff because he own a business before so he knows all the steps.
Now I need to do a new business plan for an other project, and he is the only person I know around me who can assist me,
My question is should I ask him for help?
If yes what can I say?Should I use “the 12 words text”?
